Healthy paneer gravy

Ingredients
- 200 g Low Fat Paneer
- 1 Green Capsicum, cubed
- 2 Onion, roughly chopped
- 3 Tomato, roughly chopped
- 2 Green Chilies
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Kashmiri Chilly Powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander powder
- 2 tsp Garam masala
- 1 tsp Kasuri methi
- 4 tbsp Roasted Oats Powder
- 10 Almonds
- 1 tbsp Refined Oil
- Coriander Leaves, chopped
- Water as needed
- Salt as per taste
Instructions
- Combine one and a half cups of water with the roughly chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, salt, and almonds in a vessel. Allow this to simmer for 10-15 minutes on medium heat.
- Add the chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and toasted oats powder once the tomatoes are soft and half the water has been drained.
- Cook these for 2 minutes.
- Allow the mixture to cool before blending it into a fine paste.
- Heat the oil in another vessel. Now, add the whole spices as well as the ginger garlic paste. Cook until the raw scent has dissipated.
- Add the blended masala and simmer till the oil rises to the surface.
- Add the paneer and capsicum and simmer for 5 minutes with the saucepan closed, along with garam masala and Kasuri methi.
- Finally, serve with the chopped coriander leaves for a sumptuous serve!
